Amalgamated Life looks forward to having you join our nationwide broker network. Towards that goal, we have developed our Broker Kit. It includes important information and documents you need to begin the process of establishing an affiliation with our organization.

In order to be appointed as a valued Amalgamated Life producer and to ensure your file is complete, the following forms must be signed and returned to Jessica Patti, Broker Relations Coordinator along with a copy of your license.
